As a stop-over on our way further South, L'Hippocampe in Plouharnel was the perfect location for us. The owner and staff were very helpful, despite our poor French. We loved its location in the moorland and close to the Carnac alignments. Hiring a bicycle was a must, as the area is superb for cycling. The artisan butcher's shop nearby was also very good. The restaurant on site had good food and the swimming pool was fabulous.

We spent our Easter weekend at this hotel and had a great time. The hotel location was ideal as it was near the town, which had all the necessary amenities, and it was also quiet at night. We loved the warm welcome we received from the staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was the restaurant on the grounds. The food was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the local dishes.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The lack of air conditioning in the bedroom made it uncomfortable to sleep, particularly as the weather was hot during our stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel near Plouharnel with our family. We really enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff member upon our arrival. the family room that we had big enough and was very comfortable for us. the location of the hotel was also very pleasant and convenient since it was close to main towns nearby. the breakfast served every morning was worth it, especially as a pleasant start to the day.

We thought the room could have been improved by having a small fridge and a fan to regulate the temperature.
